The silent hill chapter came with alot of little secret, from the Piano in Midwich playing the song "Promise" I believe to Konami code, however people have not noticed Pyramid Head's little secrets

Recently confirmed by Masahiro Ito himself, Pyramid Head's knife (Not a sword) is actually the blade you see on scissors!

Something alot of people don't know about Pyramid Head is that a hole exists in his pyramid

That little hole is actually where Pyramid Head's tongue appears from when grabbing James Sunderland in the original Silent Hill 2, this little whole is referenced on dbd's pyramid head as well
