Why are Dev afraid of dedicated servers?

I think the Dev are afraid to make dedicated servers because the killers will whine about how they can't exploit their[ bad word] internet to get wins.
I'm tired of it honestly.. killers with 200+ ping.
I willing to donate to them to start a dedicated server if they put up the option for us to donate .
I think killers and survivors could benefit from this
I just want a good game is all..
