Why is it that survivors can be changed while around the campfire but we're locked in as a killer?

Every killer is getting their mmr meanwhile survivors are just skins.
Meaning if you are a god nurse but a bad pig you won't see good players when you play pig, but when you are playing nurse you will.

No problem!! The only thing that really continues to suck is last minute switch.
