I will actually suggest a suitable nerf

Tone down his voltage so it can still apply madness but not act like a emp and fry macthmaking.

    Everytime i play against doc on mobile my phone becomes a taser and shocks me anytime my survivor gets shocked 😲

    My PC overcharges and my motherboard ICs start burning every time he uses shock therapy.
