Wraith changes in the public update?

Hey! I wanted to ask a couple specifics, it would be nice if anybody could give me some information.

I think that the Wraith cloaking and (?) uncloaking was changed in the PTB, it looked very fast when I saw it, are the speeds still the same or were they slowed?

Also, if you know of any different changes from the PTB regarding Wraith that did not make it through it would be nice if you could tell me.
