    Both of those perks have counterplay though. And the Survivors have to make mistakes for the Killer to use them.

    No, you are dead wrong.

    DS and BT are meta perks which can be used throughout the whole match. When played aggressively, like it is played mostly, there's not much a killer can do to negate the effects, but they have to play around it. Noed and BW are mediocre end game perks, and can be totally denied by the survivors (doing all totems, 99ing the gates).

    None of those perks have comparable effects or even work in the same situations
