No puedo agregar usuarios de otras Plataformas.
Hello guys. I am new to the forum, I wanted to post my current problem with the game.
It all started when he started playing with friends on PC and consoles. I noticed that the console users that I had added to my friends list have been removed. I've tried adding them, but can't. When trying, in the upper right part you notify that the request has been sent. But the name of the user to whom it has been sent is not shown, there is no text and it is only blank.
My contacts from other platforms can send me requests, but they don't appear in my pending requests tray. When I send them, the opposite happens, only that they cannot accept them but it is in the pending requests tray.
Has it happened to someone or does anyone know how to solve this problem? 🐊

Veo que usted tiene el idioma dentro del juego en Español, así que podríamos hablar en español sin problema.
Recientemente hubo un error en cuanto al Progreso Cruzado entre Steam y Stadia. ¿Usted enlazó su cuenta de PC con una cuenta oficial de DbD?
De no ser así, ¿Este problema sucedió de un día para otro?

Muchas gracias, he enlazado mi cuenta de Dead by Daylight con el juego recientemente hace una semana aproximadamente, pero ya había tenido ese problema antes de hacerlo. Respondiendo lo segundo, si. Paso de un día para otro.

De todas formas, ¿Usted intentó solucionar esto?
De no ser así; podemos intentar algunas cosas (ya que usted mencionó que, este problema podía verse reflejado antes de enlazar la cuenta) :
- Borre el caché de descargas de Steam (desde Parámetros>Descargas>Borrar caché de descargas)
- Seguido de esto, verificaremos la integridad de los archivos de Dead by Daylight.

Si el problema se encuentra sin solucionar, reinstale Dead by Daylight (antes de reinstalar, repita el paso 1).
Si el problema persiste de todas formas, -por favor- avísame.

Yo estoy igual con PC, Stadia y PS4. Me llegan las invitaciones, pero por mucho que le dé a aceptar, no hace nada, siguen ahí.
