The new killer is out on the PTB and I want to know your opinion about him

The most useful perk is the gen regression one, but even that seems too situational. When are three gens not being worked on but have enough progress that regressing them is useful? Plus a big cooldown. Might as well just use ruin.

People on the forums seem to not understand Oppression.
If you kick a gen with Pop, it won't apply that regression to 3 other generators it will apply Pop to the 1 you kicked and apply normal regression to the others. It seems to be an extremely underwhelming perk outside of use with Surveillance, but if I want to dedicate 2 perks to information there are much better candidates.
Running Ruin/Undying + Surveillance does what Oppression/Surveillance does a million times better.

Perks are not ideal, some seem interesting but they all are buried by cooldowns and tokens. So I don't think they will be that much useful.
Power, though, is amazing. VICTOR IS THE BEST BOY. Jumping around as him is literally the most fun thing ever.
Concept-wise and power-wise it's the most original killer we had since Plague. And I love this killer incredibly! They are so much fun to play! I don't know yet if I'll be able to use their power efficiently on my high ranks, but I'll try that's for sure. And if I will actually succeed, then I think I might have pretty much found my new main killer.

Such an original concept, looks like a super fun and complex killer to play, with a lot of room for mind-games. The perks also look really fun, maybe not the best or meta changing, but at the very least fun and useful. I think some pepople underestimate the big lunge, you can cover half a loop and use it like a Pig dash with no charge time or warning for the survivors.

I only played two matches. Using victor is fun but it's dumb that survivors can just go into lockers and victor can't do anything about it.

Aw, man. There was a little pocket of time between when I saw the word "twins" and when I saw the monstrosity that is the new killer, where I pictured creepy gothic twins, or a Gemini astrology killer, or something else mysterious and beautiful that I would like to play, and then... it's a shambling peasant woman with a fleshy, carnivorous baby.
I hate it.

Too early to tell. Things are looking good though, decent perks, unique power. I can get behind this.

I’m undecided on the Twins since I haven’t played them yet and since the devs commented a little bit ago that they are still actively working on the issue with survivors jumping into lockers against Victor and on what to do if a survivor intentionally never tries to pull Victor off their head thereby indefinitely denying the killer their ability. Those two scenarios in particular appear to be major issues with the Twins at the moment so the details of what the devs specifically do to mitigate them will have a big impact on their effectiveness.

No idea yet. Personally, I dont think they will be that fun to play like Blight for example. I also dont like any of their Perks, they are not really good (same for the Survivor-Perks, but this is nothing new).
But I would not say that I hate The Twins or their Perks, since they are not shockingly bad or unfun to go against.

I'm on console. They look like they could be fun. Don't look like they'll require high skill cap or be extra effort to play on console like Blight.
