This rift in terms of rewards seems rushed and almost lke they ran out ideas or time.

Why does every character that was the main focus of the last rift have reskins/outfits in the current rift?

There are bhvr created characters that dont get anything for long stretches of time. They could at least instead of doing entire outfit reskins just do one random piece for each character.

Also the amount of charms is already getting out of hand and not all that interesting to begin with.
