why can't I Load in?!?

So for whatever reason when I try and load into dead by daylight it says this (look at the screen shot)

Anyone know how to fix this?

    If you're on Steam I'd try checking for updates and verifying game files. Also restart Steam, just to be super sure.

    I'm not sure any of this will work, but what do you have to lose?
