Oppression & Dead Mans Switch?

From my understanding, when Dead Mans Switch is proc from hooking the Obsession, a failed skill on a gen summons The Entity to block it because it’s an interruption to the repair action?

So in theory, Oppression could potentially make Dead Mans Switch more viable? In a theoretical situation where the other 3 gens affected by Oppression all have survivors repairing them, and they all fail the skill check?

So if a survivor is working on the gen while the killer activates Oppression then I don't think anything happens versus the killer activates Oppression and when a survivor touches the gen and fails the skill check the entity will block it. The only thing is that blocked gens don't regress. I believe all of that is true but I could be wrong.

    Edit: whoops, wrong thread.

I was thinking that it could go well with Gearhead as well if Gearhead became meta and accidentally had a rant about Gearhead. My bad.

All right, this time I'll try not to forget the topic at hand and rant.

It could go well with Gearhead if Gearhead becomes meta - if Opression works with it, and someone hits the skillcheck, they'll immediately let go of the generator to remove the aura reading and then Dead Man's Switch will activate.
