Aw, just learning he doesn't slow at all. Been trying to stay mostly spoiler free (is hard) and I thought he did slow them down at least, so that when playing as Charlotte you've got something else going for you. Don't get me wrong, victor is awesome, but Charlotte should have something for when victor is not with her besides possible info.
Edit: Victor should be able to slow down survivors he's on, or down after some time.

Keeping the baby on you is the equivalent of obtaining a pet in DbD. It's rewarding if only for that (it also comes with some entertaining animations).

What if she had Haste while Victor is attached? She’s carrying less weight without Victor after all...
There’s no way in hell one survivor will leave Victor on, permanently giving Charlotte 119% m/s for the remainder of the match.
