Stop complaining about the DC penalty.

If you disconnect or have bad WiFi, that sucks, but do something else for a while while you wait it out.
It's to discourage RQ'ing and DC'ing for hatch. That's a good idea. I used to have a friend who would just instantly DC the second he saw it was Legion. It was irritating. I very frequently have people DC on first hook. It is irritating. They deserve some sort of basic punishment. If you have an issue with the DC penalty, you clearly are angry because you're DCing. This was the goal.
