Could Vigo be from the 19th century?
In The Hallowed Blight tome entries Talbot says that the abandoned workshop (presumably belonging to Vigo) is filled with "protective clothes". Many survivors have ransacked Vigo's workshop, and found clothing that looks Victorian. We know from Arcus 632 that Vigo is able to create things like the Observer. So it would appear as if Vigo is from the 19th century, and created protective Victorian-styled clothing to use for experiments.

Wasn't Benedict from 1956 or so
Anyways, he's been introduced so long ago he almost seemed like a scrapped and forgotten character now
