Game crashing on Xbox one too!?

I saw the patch that went into effect for the new Xbox that seemed to fix their issue but any other Xbox gamers having issues where the game loads, freezes almost immediately, and then crashes? I’ve had this in 3 games today and not only do I get a disconnect ban but I’ve also lost a few pretty good offerings and items.

I remember this issue a few months ago but I thought it got fixed, is this issue back again?
