Who to address regarding errors

Ok this is just sickening already.

Yesterday I was randomly getting DC-ed in the middle of matches getting all them nice DC penalties even though I was actually enjoying the matches, and today I had an almost perfect iridescent match as survivor with 3/4 categories maxed out, and when I was sacrificed and sent to the menu I got an error "We encountered an error and were unable to update your rank"

I did get my bloodpoints but I got 0 pips from this match on The Game, the most cancer map there is I was even surprised I lasted this long.

Am I able to do something about these dumb ass errors as in contact someone or do I just have to suck it up? How can these ######### errors even be acceptable on a game that is 4 years old already?
