BUgs with the Nurse

I have games where the nurse can not make more tps, the power is blocked and I do not appear at the bottom of the screen to press the button to do a tp anymore in the rest of game, it happens only when I wear purple addons like Kavanagh's Last Breath

Sometimes the nurse couldn't make a hit immediately after a tp, it's like I had a cooldawn after a tp, I notice that because mostly if she could make a hit immediately and it's not my control it only happens with the nurse in some games

On the map Backwater Swamp I can not make a tp on the tiny dock that is located in one of the corners of the map, if I'm down and I want to go up the nurse can not find a location to go up with a tp and I can only do it on the floor

I think that the nurse presents mostly bugs when using addons I have compared to other streames using the nurse and I see that it only happens on xbox, not on pc
