I have my main dbd account linked to an alt psn account of mine as a family member had started already used my main psn for their dbd account.

This hasn't really been a problem so far but I hope to play dbd on ps5 soon, the only issue is i dont know this psn password or the email i used to create it because it was an alt I never intended to actually use for games. Is there any way to connect my dbd account to a different psn?
