PC - Doctor Addon 'MAPLE KNIGHT' BUG, don't work

Steps:
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match, choose 'the Doctor'
Step 3 : Choose the addon 'MAPLE KNIGHT' (picture of the top)
Step 4: In-game, the game starts, and I CAN'T SEE THE AREA OF THE SHOCK THERAPY.
(SINCE THE MATCH START, WITH THE ADDON 'MAPPLE KNIGHT' IM NOT ALLOWED TO SEE THE AREA IN ALL THE MATCH)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: DOCTOR
- Addon wich don't work: 'MAPPLE KNIGHT'
- Perks played: ALL KIND OF PERKS
- Addons: USED WITH ALL KIND OF ADDONS
- Map: ALL MAPS
- Frequency of the issue: 70% OR MORE OF THE TIMES I CHOOSE THIS ADDON
DOCUMENTS TO ADD
2 videos, in different maps, 1 short and the other is full match. You can see in both of them im not able to see the area of M2. ( Sorry but i don't know why is so dark the video)
