Demo is fun to play, having a chase and a map travel ability feels always good. Also Mindbreaker and Surge are okay perks and definitely fun to use.
If you really want a specific perk from leatherface or pig you should consider buying one of them first, otherwise i'd say Demo is a solid choice.

Cleary if you mind game with her well.
She’s very fun and can change the tide of the game well.

Clearly never seen scorpionsz play piggy.
And I get an upper hand with her a lot. You just need to practice and mind game with her to be effective.
Add Ons and the right perks help too if you know anything of the pig.
She isn’t a bad killer, the twins struggle massively compared to Amanda ever will!

I'd say Amanda, only because she's cute, and being stealthy is fun. However, Demogorgon is pretty fun to mess around with - especially when using Mad Grit and Save The Best For Last.

With leatherface you have Barbecue and Chili, a very good one to know where the rest is and a multiplier of 100% of blood points.
