Legacy.
So I was playing a normal survivor match, survivor teammate put on L3 face with 120 hours of gameplay and the P3 achievement of that player was on 2019, survivor instantly put their profile on private.
As far as I know legacy, you had to get p3 before 1/4 of 2017 no?

Correct.
There is some sort of hack out there that allows players to unlock legacy skins that they didn't earn. I've seen a few of them out in the fog. You can usually tell which ones are fake just by how well they play; players had to play for hundreds of hours to unlock legacy skins, and that was over 3 years ago.

Hacked legacy.
You had until I think the 22nd or 23rd of November back in 2016 to prestige in order to get Legacy.
I'd give him the benefit of the doubt if they had thousands of hours of playtime instead of 120.
If you care enough you can report them.

So hacks most likely, good to know.
I reported them in game and just put "legacy with the achievement on 2019" but I doubt it will get looked at and I don't feel like reporting them via here because I didn't wrote/copied the steam account etc.
