I was in a killer match vs 4 globes...
3 gens in, I grabbed a felix and my DBD game froze in a grab animation. I then got a network error.
Then it seems like I got a 5 min ban.
Was the felix hacking?

the match was pretty normal otherwise. I hit and hooked the other 3 survivors each. I didn't run into the felix until I came across him working on a gen with 3 gens left. I went to hit him but it went to the grab animation and froze.

I was in a match and upon getting striked at i did not want to deal with this crazy killer on me so i left the match and im locked out for 5 hours?!?! #########.

Just seems the game crashed on you and you got a penalty for losing connection. It happens. The felix most likely had nothing to do with it.

You could have opened a new thread instead of posting in an old and completely unrelated thread...
You DC‘d and got a penalty for it, this penalty gets higher the more often you DC in a short period of time. DC‘ing just because a killer strikes you is also the very worst reason to DC and one of the reasons this penalty exists at all.
if this was your first DC you should have gotten a 5 min ban from searching a new lobby, which is acceptable if you DCd for a valid reason (internet hiccup, real life reason etc).

No, there's a problem with servers dropping players mid-match, and several of the times it's happened to me was during a grab or pickup animation. Just freezes and I start cursing.
Often it just happens once, if you get it again in one day, just stop playing or your locks will get longer fast. This had never happened to me before, but once it started I was stubborn enough to get a 6 hour ban, I just quit playing for a week so it could die down.

Should be no timeout for DCing until there's a reconnect feature. Internet has issues for a few seconds and you get kicked, it's ridiculous.

Stop purposefully DCing - the length of time indicates you do this quite often. You are punished because there were other players who were negatively impacted because you were being selfish and purposefully disconnected.
