What is the best DLC survivor perk wise?

I want to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and buy a few survivors since I only have the default ones that come with the console edition of the game. What DLC survivors do you think have the best/most fun perks?

    I mean, the only Survivor perk that is in the Meta is Decisive Strike... so if you're looking only for Best, get Laurie.

    If you are looking for most fun... I honestly like everything that Zarina's perks do. They aren't always super effective, but I find them incredibly fun.

    Best survivor perks would obviously be Ash, because all of his perks are exceptionally groovy.
