Does Trail of Torment and Surge work together
I was thinking of doing a jump scare build with Trail of Torment, Surge, Knock out, and Infectious Fright if it still works but I don't have my killers maxed so the players that do you think this build world work?

Trail of Torment requires you to kick a Generator.
The specific generator you kick will turn yellow to Survivors, letting them know that you were there when you became Undetectable.

Gotcha i was hoping it worked with surge because it makes gens regress like when you kick it

Yeah, it doesn't quite work that way, I'm afraid.
Surveillance works well with perks like that, though, as it applies to all regressing generators, rather than ones you kick.

No unfortunately. Perks that specifically say you need to kick a gen (Trail of Torment, PGTW, Overcharge, Dragon's Grip, Oppression, etc.) need you to kick it, not just damage it.
