Posiblemente usted se refiere a la compra que se realiza en la tienda de Steam, de PS4 o de Xbox y no dentro del juego. Cuando es así y usted adquiere un DLC que NO sea adquirido a través de células. Este elemento/ítem, es un cosmético/ropa extra para Élodie.
Ejemplo: Usted compra el DLC de "A Nightmare on Elm Street™" y este viene con una ropa extra para la parte superior de Quentin Smith.

Hola! Así es, realicé la compra del DLC en la tienda de xbox, pero no encontré ningún ítem "especial" en los accesorios de ropa.
