Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled The Artist in the Event queue while we work to fix an issue causing players' game to crash. The Artist will be re-enabled once the issue is fixed.

How does a company release new content with bug issues every single release? You have the PTB to work that out and correct issues before the release to the public.
If everyone were to STOP BUYING SKINS, maybe, just maybe, the devs would start focusing on gameplay issues instead of cosmetics?
