Party bottles?

Not sure how image linking works here. My clown's 5% ether bottles say this now. They do not in fact explode into confetti though.


A peek into the rework? Party clown?

    I was shocked to find this when I played Clown, Not only was the description different but, the power was called different as well. (From Afterpiece Tonic to Afterpiece Antidote)

    The fact that it says "afterpiece antidote" makes me concerned clown is either about to also get slowed by his power or is going to build up to an overheat/cooldown mechanic.
