PC - Can't pick up survivors under hooks

in Bug Reporting

While playing killer, I was unable to pick up a survivor that crouched below another hooked survivor. It was a free standing hook on a cornfield map, so there were no other objects obstructing me. I was unable to pick her up until she eventually crawled away when the hooked survivor died. The other survivors could interact with her and heal her up. I added a picture and short video clip for reference.
