Appraisal makes Pharmacy look like garbage
So we can now confirm that Quentin is the most hated survivor. His perks are garbage, his looks are garbage and he gets no cosmetics.
His perks need the most help out of all survivors if we’re being honest.
Appraisal is so much better than Pharmacy, you get the increased search in chest plus 3 chances of looting “an already looted chest.”
Give the Gremlin’s perks a look please!

I never liked Pharmacy ever since it came to be, but I do agree, his perks are WAY too situational to ever be considered good. His only "decent" perk is Vigil, but even then it's not in par with other perks. If only Vigil affected more status effects like exposed, oblivious, and broken then I can Vigil being a good decent perk.

I recall they were making changes to this perk on PTB so the bonus % works only on rummaging... what happenned to that?

Not all of his perks are too bad. Wake up is underrated in my opinion. Pare it with spine chill and maybe resilience your almost always getting out if you can't find hatch. Its also great with SWF if your friends and other teammates didn't memorize where the doors are then the aura show it really good.

I used to love Pharmacy and run it regularly. Then they nerfed green medkits and I never ran it again. It’s pretty underwhelming at this point.

Never found Pharmacy good anyway.. I like Wake Up! though!

Ace in the hole is a superior perk which gave me hundreds of free add-ons

But pharmacy is for the guaranteed medkit. It's main utility is something that Appraisal doesn't do at all.
Pharmacy is closer to inner strength or self care than anything else.

Whats the hate for Pharmacy? It turns an injury into a free heal, with every chest afterwards being unlocked just as quickly. Paired with Appraisal, this makes your first chest extremely valuable. If anything, Pharmacy is the perfect synergy perk for it.

Pharmacy as a stand alone perk is just an inferior version of Self-care as It lacks consistency.
People hate on Self-Care all the time and it seems like the popular thing to do, but it's still the best healing perk if you want to have self-heal on demand.

Up de ante is the only garbage perk. Try open handed with kindred. It's pretty neat, not to mention 4 open handed, then you can see killer 48 meters from the hook

Ace's perks being worse doesn't mean Quentin's perks don't need any changes: we can buff both Open Handed AND Pharmacy.

My most wanted survivor perk is Pharmacy but for a flashlight. But Appraisal just blows everything out of the water, from the sheer amount of chests you can search.
