New killer. The Golem. New Survivor. Bella Dean + Hex Perk. New Chapter. Earthquakes Of A Maniac
Power. Earthquake
Hold L2 for 3 seconds to take a massive stomp on the ground. (During this time, the killer cannot move anywhere) After the stomp has been taken the ground will shake causing the survivors to wobble around when they walk or run. (If they are running forwards they may all of a sudden move to the right and into a wall for example)
During the earthquake, survivors inside lockers will immediately fall out.
Any gens that are progressed will blow up and lose 10% of its progress.
If survivors are working on the gen, it will blow up and lose 5% of progress.
Earthquakes last from 20-30 seconds and last longer or shorter each time.
Any dropped pallets within 12 metres of the stomp will immediately break. Survivors can repair these pallets back to being dropped. But after 20-30 seconds have finished, the pallet can no longer be repaired. Repairing a pallet takes 10 seconds.
Power 2. Earth Rock
When in a suitable area with no tight spaces. Press L1 to scoop up some dirt/concrete (depending on the environment) and roll them up into tiny balls to throw. (Maximum of 3, more with Addons) Hitting a survivor with 2 balls will cause them to go down one health state. (Similar aim to the huntress’) Takes a maximum of 5 seconds to scoop it up and roll them into balls. Maximum range of 10 metres.
Perks.
Failed Stealth
When a survivor misses a skill check on a generator, instead of receiving a notification, you see the aura of the survivor for 5 seconds and all survivors working on the gen suffer from the oblivious status effect for 15/20/25 seconds.
Failed Stealth has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.
Stainless Windows
When a survivor vaults through a window within 8/10/12 metres from you. You lose your red stain for 5/10/15 seconds.
Stainless Windows has a cool down of 25/20/15 seconds.
Short Cut
Start the trial with Short Cut activated. When carrying a survivor, Short Cut allows the killer to vault through a window. After vaulting through a window Short Cut will deactivate. It can then be re-activated after downing 4/3/2 survivors. (As soon as you down a survivor, the killer is one step closer to activating Short Cut, even if the survivor gets healed)

Perks.
Safe Escape
After rescuing a survivor from the hook. You and the rescued survivor gain 3/4/5% haste status effect for 10 seconds.
Down To Work
When within 8/10/12 metres from a generator, if the killer puts you into the dying state, that generator will automatically progress an extra 10%.
Down To Work can only be triggered once every 2 times you are put into the dying state.
Hex: Healing Grounds
Start the trial with one totem hexed. Cleansing this hex totem as a survivor will result in every survivor healing for one health state. The killer can kick this hex totem and it will rebuild into a regular totem within 60/45/30 seconds. The killer and survivors do not see the aura of this hex totem. Survivors can see the aura of the totem after it has been kicked by the killer. If more than one survivor has Hex: Healing Grounds during the trial, only one will be used.

The power sounds neat, but needs a bit more to it. Maybe something else besides the earthquake. The perks are actually pretty good! Failed Stralth is good, and Hidden Stain (even tho it needs a rename) is also really cool!

The Golem could be name for the killer, I would imagine a golem like body structure as well and they are associated with earth.
I power is cool, but somehow lacking, some attack like the long range one from SH could have fitted as well (but with another animation of course)
i like the perks as well! Especially Failed Stealth.

Secondary Power: Shot Put
The Earth Creature removes a chunk of earth from the ground and hurls it up to X meters in front of them.
Here's another I just thought of, a bit more radical though in concept but could be the foundation of an idea to shake up the current gameplay strategies.
Secondary Power: Heavy Lifting
The Earth Creature can grab generators and move them 😲

I have used your idea ‘The Golem’ and have added an extra bit to the power. Plus a 2nd power 😀👍🏻. Hopefully it’s good enough. It’s based around your idea. Infact, there’s a little more detail I need to add to it but will later on otherwise my post may be timed out for editing too much. I need to add the range of the second power. Will probably makes it as long as pyramid heads range!
