Is sounds messed up?

Some sounds seems way off like I'm not completely sure with a generator getting worked on until I went to it when its nearly done. I passed this generator multiple times because I was sure I can hear it if its getting worked on from my distance but I guess I couldn;t.

Also can't pinpoint survivor foot steps like I could hear the first few steps then suddenly it cuts off at one point? This frequently happens.

    Sounds have been consistently screwed up for a long while now. That silent slug bug still exists over after a year.
