Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Should blood-loss do something?

I mean, realistically, if you’re bleeding a bunch, you’ll get light-headed, fatigued, crampy and such.

If you’re bleeding all match, I think it makes sense to get more skill checks or something. Maybe additional effects the more you bleed. Aura blindness, dulled sounds, foggy screen edges, etc. Perhaps you reach certain thresholds at which point a new effect permanently affects the rest of your match, whether you heal or not.

This could make the “hemorrhage” status effect do something actually useful by getting survivors to the next threshold more quickly.

Some people think hemorrhage and mangled should be made into one status effect. It would be neat, but hemorrhage should actually be a debuff instead of "oh no, I'm leaving a trail of blood that is barely noticeable in the tall grass"

Realistically, some1 giving you a message shouldn't heal wounds either. Also these survivors are surviving some seriously brutal hits. Finally, I don't think it would really be that fun to deal with.

The problems is, Hemor is so hard to see than scratch mark. But its much more easy to track injured survivor with perk/addon that highlight blood drop.

Sadly, Mangled gives u more time (increase healing time to survivors) - using Nurse calling is just add more salt. Hemor gives u nothing if u dont track and down injured survivors - which is Bloodhound must be required.

I think, if Hemor cause 5sec exhaustion until healed. It can be good. I mean, if there is a perk that M1 attack cause Hemor & exhaustion, it sounds really decent to me.

I guess it’s worth mentioning that Victor sees blood glow brightly by default, so at least he benefits from Hemorrhage.

This. Same with Spirit. Hemmorage has a niche but it could quickly become more mainstream with new killers/addons/perks

I've thought for a long time if a survivor is idle and suffering a status affliction they should have an animation that plays for the duration of the effect, but it shouldn't interrupt normal gameplay.
