Anyone noticing their region was integrated into another one today?

I play in Japan and just about every player I run into was Japanese and usually had a lot of crossplayers. Occasionally, I would run into someone from Russia or a couple of months ago I had a guy from Wuhan.

Today I had my most toxic game ever against a killer out of the 100's of hours I put into this game. Killer was constantly picking me up and moving me away from hatch, refusing to kill me or close hatch until I was close to wiggling free and he decided to close hatch and hook me. Checked the profile and noticed I was playing with people from Korea. In about 15 lobbies today I have seen nothing but people from Korea with a few Chinese or a rare Japanese player. My ping has also gone from about 30 to 70-100. Noticed that I am also facing tons of sweaty SWF's and ran into my first hacker in this game. Was just curious if there were any others who were merged. Just a bit frustrated too because I'm having to play the meta now with almost every lobby being SWF compared to things being more relaxed before.

    there's sometimes a bug that if you played in swf with someone from a different region, you will find people from their region even if you play solo until restarting.

    same can have happened to the players you got with in a lobby, or maybe they just use a VPN which is an exploit and an unfair advantage
