Tournement - How do I get all to meet eachother

Hi all

Im about to make a tournement where everyone should meet eachother. Does anyone know a formula, or what to search on google, to find a way to set up fewest heats for everyone to have played with another at least once?

I think we will be between 8 and 16 players
