PALLET SLAMS/ FLASHLIGHT STUNS HAVE NO EFFECT

I play on Ps4 and I don't know if anyone else encounters this but once a survivor is downed by a pallet and the killer picks them up. I'm in perfect position to pallet slam and I do just that, turns out I only shifted the killer back a bit as he continues his/her walk to the hook. Now same exact scenario but this time I use a flashlight on the killer and get points for stunning, but regardless of that he's still got the survivor over his shoulder and goes over to hook. Explain to me what in the new chapter patch made stuns non existent?

    Not sure about the flashlight stun but the occuring with the pallet stun has showed itself way before the new chapter came. I was told that it was because I dropped it a bit too early (while the killer was still in the picking up animation), and ever since I paid attention to that I do my stuns correctly.

    Pallets seem fucky on PC too in many ways, stuns not stunning and hits hitting the side of pallets when they should connect, generally they are broken right now.

    Are you pallet slamming and blinding once the pickup animation is over? If you do it too early they won't work.

    Yeah, when trying to use spirit fury I've had plenty of times where I should have been stunned but it just didn't. You have to be under the pallet the second they throw the pallet otherwise it doesn't work.

    The pallets are a little bugged but the flashlights definitely still work on PS4
