Survivor crashed killer gets DC penalty.

I hate the dc penalty a lot but I understand that it needs to be there.
I just personally find it stupid that if a survivor crashes I get the penalty because......reasons I guess.
4th survivor crash of the day and well my 4th penalty was enabled, gotta love it.
