“Sever Hit Validation”
Ummmmm excuse me ######### is this I haven’t gotten hit through so many windows in my life! I have 3 clips of it so if someone can comment how to upload videos on this please do so.

they switched off serverside hit validation due to bugs again and killers are probably cranking up the vpns rather than quitting by the look and sound of it

No I agree with the OP. The last 48 hours, there is something unquestionably and seriously wrong with hits getting through on vaults and dropped pallets. I have had instances of dropped pallets where the killer gets pushed back, flashes in fron of the pallet for the hit animation, yet teleports to behind the pallet afterwards.

You got any info on where they stated that they turned it off again?
Might explain why i got hit when i dropped the pallet and he teleported to my side when I dropped it.
I vaulted immediately and got downed.
Even if he had enduring he wouldn't have been able to hit me.

Yes, thats exactly the scenario I was talking about. This happened with different killers so I highly doubt this was a client-side issue, my ping is pretty fantastic these days, mid 40s on average.
As far as HV I read on this forum it was reenabled on the 9th which would correspond to seeing this frequently in the last 48 hours.

Yeah as far as I know it still is enabled cause I haven't seen anywhere that they've disabled it.
Only the previous one because there was something with oni.
But yeah I'm indeed also positive about that as my ping is 30ms and sometimes even lower, at worst it goes to 40 but never higher.

oh I might have mixed it upw ith oni then since the last time I played was either sunday or monday iirc, I'd received a couple of bad hits quite far from a window myself one of the last times I played that led to straight up eating a dc penalty because it was so blatantly not a deserved hit with the distance as I vaulted with the cam behind myself the whole time and it only downed me out of nowhere seconds later. not from a ranged killer either, might have been a trapper iirc since I'd started seeing a lot of those for about a week or so before that night.
