The Arsonist

Name: Johnathon (Jimmy) Tylor

Story: (I’m bad at writing stories don’t @ me plz ;-;)

Ever since birth, he looked up to the various firefighters he’s seen; most notably his uncle, Henry. Jimmy idolize and strived to be like his uncle. Thus, spending much of his childhood accompanying Henry when he went on simple jobs. Jimmy love the experiences from these trips, but they weren’t enough. Jimmy soon began making “accidental” fires to see more action with firefighters. First he started small with empty parks and trash cans, however he grew more bold. At one point, he ignited the mayor’s home. This resulted in the death of the entire family of the mayor. Both parents and their seven children, between the ages 1 to 15. This was Johnathon’s first murder. He found twisted pleasure watching the flames engulf the family. From then on, Johnathon stopped making fires and his life returned to relatively normal. However, deep within himself, he always kept the desire to burn, the lust for fire. Soon enough, he reached maturity and began his work ironically as a firefighter. The station was his home and work, never leaving it for long. He dedication was apparent to all his coworkers and superiors. Climbing the ranks, he reached status of captain. Now, Caption Tylor was the leader of Chicago’s secondary firefighters branch in the late 1860s, stationed at the outskirts of Chicago. The need to burn flared at his new grasp of authority. He broke his hiatus. Stating more fires that killed more people. His lasted fire was in 1873, the Great Chicago Fire. Unfortunately, Captan Tylor couldn’t escape the flames and was consumed with other hundreds it already roasted. His body was never found, only his matches remaining in the ashes.

Ability: Fire Honey Bottle

A bottle of sweet smelling liquid, it has a viscous and sticky feel. It seems to attach itself well on many types of surfaces and proves to be very flammable.

+At the start of the match, Fire Honey Bottle begins filled with Fire Honey, 25 charges. With each use of Napalm spew, this Fire Honey is depleted.

+Napalm Spew: While pressing and holding the killer power button, the Arsonist will spew a stream of fiery liquid that sticks to any surface and object at most 20 meters away. Doing so will drain Fire Honey. The rate being 1 charge of Fire Honey for 0.2 seconds of Napalm Spew. This Napalm will give any survivor that touches it in any manner the burned status effect.

-Touching the napalm will slightly (3%) hinder survivors as long as they remain touching it.

-Napalm remains for 10 seconds.

-Any survivor with the burned status effect will have 45 seconds to snuff out the fire before being put into the dying health state, taking 25 seconds to complete alone. Any other survivor can assist, decreasing the time by 10 seconds per survivor assisting (up to 2); however, they will be afflicted with the burned status effect if interrupted.

-Other survivors also become burned if they heal or mend a burned survivor.

-Any survivor that is burned is also unable to complete objectives, vault (in general), throw pallets, or enter lockers. However, they are 5% faster and their grunts of pain are 50% louder. 

-Burned Survivors leave a faint trail of fire while moving and glow with fire.

A tool meant to break down obstacles that prevent escape from deadly flames. It now serves the whims of the very same flames it hates.

Teachable Perks:

•Scorched Touch: Your blade seethes with your fire, causing your victims to be burned at the slightest touch.

+Your melee attacks apply the burned status effect and any survivor afflicted has 45 seconds to snuff out the flames or else they are put into the dying health state. This action will take 12/14/16 seconds to complete. This version of the burned status effect cannot be removed with the assistance of others nor will it spread to other survivors.

-“My heart burns with the passion to maim and hurt. Even my tools share this wish.”

•Overheat: You naturally heat your surroundings, making machines work harder to function.

+Any generator not being worked on that is in your terror radius, will naturally regress 200/300/400% faster than normal. This effect will automatically apply and not require the generator to be kicked. This effect does not stack and trumps any similar effects. If the generator once affected by Overheat leaves your terror radius, it regresses at normal speed.

-“Hot gears and steaming engines, molten even. They stand no chance to my heat.”

•Hex: Heat Stroke: Survivors cannot stay around you for long lest they suffer from the overwhelming heat.

+All survivors repair, heal, sabotage, and cleanse 11/16/22% slower. When inside your terror radius, this value is increased to 44%. When cleansed, the survivor that cleansed it is exposed for 60 seconds.

-“The night blisters with my rage, lust, and desire. Bring me your flesh to my pyre of Hell.”

Add-ons:

•Ashy Boots [common]: A pair of rubber boots that keep out water. 

-Slightly (+4 meters) increases the range of Fire Honey Bottle (Napalm Spew).

•Grease Bottle [common]: A small container of grease. It produces a slightly nutty smell.

-Napalm lingers for an additional 5 seconds.

-Slightly decreases Fire Honey Bottle recharge speed.

•Thickening Agent [common]: An ashy substance that thickens the honey napalm. Making it extra sticky but less abundant.

-While touching napalm, survivors are hinder by 7%.

-Decreases maximum Fire Honey Bottle charges by 10 charges.

•Low Quality Honey [common]: Honey that can be found in the average bargain bin. 

-Increases maximum Fire Honey Bottle charges by 5.

•Trainee Helmet [uncommon]: A remnant of Johnathon’s early career. It still has the scuff marks from repeated use.

-Considerably (+8 meters) increase the range of Fire Honey Bottle (Napalm Spew).

•Screw on Cap [uncommon]: An addition to the bottle that makes ease of access to the liquid better.

-Moderately increases the recharge rate of Fire Honey Bottle

•Fragile Glass: A different type of bottle that makes throwing the bottle a better method.

-While charges remain, press the secondary killer ability button to aim the Fire Honey Bottle, once released the bottle is thrown. 

-When the bottle collides with an obstacle (object, surface, or survivor), it will explode causing a 7 meter radius area to be covered in napalm. 

-For each charge used when thrown an additional 0.2 meters are added.

•Honey [uncommon]: Normal honey, provides the need substance to house the flammable materials.

-Increases maximum Fire Honey Bottle charges by 10.

•Specialty Fuel [rare]: A fuel specially made for the Fire Honey. It smells slightly sour.

-Napalm lingers for an additional 6 seconds.

•Nitrogen-Base Fuel [rare]: A chemical cocktail that uses mostly Nitrogen.

-Survivors no longer receive the 5% haste effect while Burned.

•Oxygen-Base Fuel [rare]: A chemical cocktail that uses mostly Oxygen.

-Survivors have only 30 seconds to snuff out the flames before being put into the dying health.

-Snuffing out flames is 10 seconds shorter to complete.

•Hydrogen-Base Fuel [rare]: A chemical cocktail that uses mostly Hydrogen.

-Snuffing out flames is 10 seconds longer to complete.

-Survivors are oblivious while burned.

•Loose Cap [rare]: A cap that is ill-fitting on the bottle, likely lead to spills.

-If the Arsonist is stunned, blinded or falls, a 8 meter radius around them is covered in napalm. This action does not expend charges.

•Ruined Cap [very rare]: A cap that is constantly leaking. 

-Moderately decreases Fire Honey Bottle recharge rate.

-The Arsonist leaves a trail of Napalm that last for 5 seconds.

•High-Quality Honey [very rare]: The best of the best when it comes to Honey. It is honestly overkill.

-Increases maximum Fire Honey Bottle charges by 25.

-Slightly increases Fire Honey Bottle recharge rate.

•Match Box [very rare]: An empty box of matches. It reminds Johnathon of his lust for fire.

-Burned survivors are unable to be assisted in sniffing out their flames

-Every 10 seconds, a burned survivor will scream revealing their location for 10 seconds.

•Neon-Base Fuel [very rare]: A chemical cocktail that uses mostly neon. It’s special from its ability to make the unseen seen.

-Burned survivors outside your terror radius are revealed to you.

-Your terror radius is decreased to 16 meters.

•Fog Glass [ultra rare]: A special kind of glass that warps the properties of its contents.

-While charges remain, press the secondary killer ability button to aim the Fire Honey Bottle, once released the bottle is thrown. 

-When the bottle collided with an obstacle (object, surface, or survivor), it will explode causing a 10 meter radius area to be covered in napalm. 

-For each charge used when thrown an additional 0.2 meters are added.

-If the bottle directly hits a survivor, they are put into the dying health state and scream revealing their location for 5 seconds.

•Captain’s Badge [ultra rare]: A symbol of his last fire. The gold is blackened by the intense flames of mortality.

-For each healthy survivor, you get 1.25% faster.

-While a survivor is burned, all other survivors are exposed.

-When a survivor snuffs out their fire, they are broken for 90 seconds.

Mori:

The Arsonist will grab the survivor by the throat and lift them off the ground. While doing so, the Arsonist will empty a bottle of Fire Honey inside the survivor’s mouth and force them to drink it. The Arsonist will then pour the rest of the Honey all over the survivor. As the survivor burns from the inside out, ending with them opening their mouth again to spit a large flame. Finally, the Arsonist simply drops the dead survivor and leaves.

-A small map that is of the mayor’s home. It’s main building is the mayor’s house and it will have a killer shack. It features a large gardens and forest patches. The general ascetic of the map will be the fires that burn around the map and the several charred ruins of buildings.
