Frames Capped at 30 fps Again?

So I get on DBD this morning and suddenly find my frames are capped at 30FPS again. The couple of games I tried to play were horrible because of this. Did they sneak another limit in again? Anyone else having this issue and have there been any new workarounds found?

On a side note I wish BHVR would stop limiting it.

    I’m still getting 60fps on PS5.

    Expecting a framerate higher than 15 on DBD? Heh, that's a joke within itself.

    I'm still waiting for the 60fps that was promised to ALL consoles over 2 years ago.

    Okay so yesterday I had what I usually get, 45-50 fps (last year it was 60 but okay), but then today it's at a steady 15 fps. I'm so confused as to what happened. I don't know technology too well but I do know I have a pretty good gaming computer
