How does it work exactly? If you use Victor and move far away from the hook, does it trigger the exposed or does the exposed proc off her main body's position? I already know Victor can't down with it bc its power damage but I'm curious because it could potentially be a good perk on her.

I am pretty sure Victor does not count as "the killer" for the purpose of whether any effect is triggered.

It only procs if Charlotte is further than 32m from the hook

Perks are tied to Charlotte. So only the distance from her should matter.

You would have to hit with charlotte since victor is basically an M2 or power, kinda like Oni's power.
