Change compound 33 text (it's confusing for new blight players)

I watched an twitch vod today and noticed that blight can break pallets while rushing even without compound 33. I think they should update the text on 33 and remove that and say that you can do it normally in the blights power. Kinda makes the add on look un appealing cause of the second text of breaking walls and pallets while rushing even though he already can do it. Doesn't really need it but maybe replace the second effect with something else or just remove second effect entirely. It doesn't affect game play I don't think don't know for sure but the text is still there just thought it'd be a nice change cause kinda confusing for new blight players (like myself) to see an add on say you can break pallets and walls but you can even do it without the add on just think it'd be a nice qol change is all.
