Can something be done about Twins' slugging potential?

Everytime I play against a Twins, they are ALWAYS slugging, there has been no exception where a twins has not slugged. I get that's the potential of their power but Victor's hitbox is insanely broken, just like Huntress hatchets. It just feels way too strong because not everyone is playing sweaty and bringing Unbreakable/Decisive.

But in all seriousness though, altruism is surprisingly great as a counter to them. Victor can only down injured survivors meaning Charlotte has to spend a good amount of time injuring everyone, as an M1 killer. I think the problem you should be looking at is camping potential.
