White Ward it's bugged

Platform: PC

Steps to reproduce:

use the offering "White Ward" with a item in a match.

How often does this occur:

Today i played with a med-kit but just when i used white ward i lost the items and his addons even if I escaped same happens i lost everything.

I test more later using white ward in one match and not using the offering in another one and again I lost my item.

Still bugged, I've been using white wards with my purple med-kit because I only had one at the time. This happened twice before I looked up the problem to see if it was known. Basically everything happened the same as the person who started this post. I brought a white ward with my med-kit, got a different item from a chest, used it, got my med-kit back and then escaped with it. Once I was out of game My med-kit wouldn't be in my inventory or my hand and the item that I used in the chest also would not be there.

I have yet to see a item franklin's demised out of my hand, but if that happens while you have a white ward, you have a 0% chance of getting it out of that game from what the other comment said. I can't imagine it's intentional, that I can lose a item that I brought in and escaped with because I used a white ward and I picked up a item in the middle of the match or got the item franklin's demised out of my hand, so I hope this can be looked at and patched out.
