Cross Progression
I finally bought a gaming pc because I feel like playing on PS4 is such a disadvantage. I just received it and I am of course excited to get started.
is there some sort of cross progression from PS4 to Steam? Or do I have to start over again?
I literally just got all the perks on my survivor main character and I feel it is really unfair to do it all again lol..

At this point no cross Progression is possible between PS and steam and the devs can’t confirm if it will ever come.
they are trying to get it and are probably negotiating with Sony. (Edit: But I guess it doesn’t make sense to wait)

There is no cross progression between PS4 and Steam. Right now it's just Steam and Stadia, Switch is gonna be added soon.

Unfortunately there is no cross progression between PC (Windows store/Steam) and Xbox/Sony. There is crossprogression between Steam and Stadia with Switch being added to that in the future.

As of right now, you have to start over. As far as I understand, they're trying to figure it out, but Sony aren't exactly the friendliest of companies. I have no idea about Microsoft though.The only cross-progression available right now is Steam x Stadia, but apparently Steam x Switch is either coming soon, or it's already in and I missed it.
I know this very well because I'm in the same boat. My ps4 broke, so I bought the game on steam. It's been a slog. Here's a tip, get bubba - solely for BBQ & Chili. It makes grinding somewhat easier.

I'm actually curious, what game have you seen with PS4 cross-progression, because I don't know of any, and I'm something of a PlayStation fanboy (mostly because of Bloodborne).
Sony is infamous for its inability to share things, especially it's data. But, if they can get Nintendo to do it, I'm sure they can get Sony to do it eventually.

War zone and Rocket League has it. I don’t play a lot of games so I might of course be wrong.

Yes me too! I’ll probably unlock all at once though, but unlock the perks in a very specific order 😂👌🏻
