In the recent Q&A they said they didnt want DLC perks to be more powerful to avoid a P2W dynamic

(which makes no sense because we have bbq, ruin, undying, DS, inner strength, over half of which are licensed dlc)

Would you want to balance more perks even if it means making DLC perks stronger?
