Difficulty Ranking and Thoughts On for all Tome 5 Single Trial challanges

Title

Part 1

Lethal Strike: Hit 6 survivors while preforming a Lethal Rush as the Blight

This challenge wasn't very hard for me since i got lucky and was able to farm it with some randoms, but before that i tried it normally, but i had A. Never played Blight before and B. Got Rotten Fields, i somehow still managed to win but it was not very easy and i certainly didn't complete the challenge, after a few games i got a farming match and did it that way, and since then i've gotten much better at Blight and can get the requirements with some consistently

Difficulty: 4/10

Lethal Combo: Hit 1 survivor after chaining 4 or more lethal rushes as Blight

Similar situation to Lethal Strike, only i didn't have to farm, my second game as Blight and a very generous baby Meg let me get it, even after getting more experienced with Blight i can safely say that landing a hit from a chain with all but one of your dashes simply doesn't happen, maybe once in a blue moon will it happen but long chain dash hits are a nightmare to get

Difficulty: 6/10

Rip Em Up: Hit 4 survivors with the Chainsaw as Hillbilly

I'm going to be upfront, i suck at Hillbilly, i hate playing him with every fibre of my being and trying to hit people with the chainsaw is so difficult for me it's painful, this took me longer then it realistically should have, and i hated the entire process

Difficulty: 7/10

Risky Repairs: Finish completing 2 generators while in the killers terror radius

It was a slight pain getting this one, i had to 99 the gens and essentially lure the killer to them and pray my teammates didn't foil my plans

Difficulty: 6/10

Last Minute Hero: Unhook 1 Survivor after EGC has begun

I got severe PTSD when i saw this challenge, i had to do this challenge when Tome 1 came out and it was painful to do, but that was when i was bad at the game, now i'm decent at it and it just took a bit of luck, not very hard if you have a build that can guarantee a safe unhook with BT and body blocking

Difficulty: 3/10

Nea's Skills: Escape 2 chases as Nea

Pretty simple "do this one thing as this character" challenge that is in every tome, done in the first minute of the first game i did

Difficulty: 1/10

Dark Adherent: Hook 5 survivors

I'm not even going to give thoughts on this, if you struggled with this then you honestly need to sort something out

Difficulty: 1/10

Part 2

Enduring Animosity: Knock down 6 survivors while using Enduring

Again, not very hard, just do something you would normally do as Killer but with a specific perk equipped

Difficulty: 1/10

Country Livin: hit 2 survivors with the chainsaw in 30 seconds as the Hillbilly

In what universe in what timeline did the devs think this was appropriate for the second part of the tome? The best i could do for this was to equip Speed Limiter and pray, if the challenge included the "different survivors" clause i probably would have said "screw this" and stopped going for it, this should not have been in part 2, it should have been in part 4

Difficulty: 9/10

Subject of Attention: Escape as the Obsession

Just equip DS or any other obsession perk and do something you should aim to do anyway, for a added challenge i equipped Object, still got out the third game i tried it

Difficulty: 5/10

Silver Run: Get 4 silver or better emblems

Considering i did this right after rank reset and my surv was in browns, this took one game, though i'd probably have more to say if i was higher ranked

Difficulty: 2/10

Safe Landing: fall from a great height while using Balanced Landing

Burn a Ormond offering, this is the one time i will say that and the one time it's acceptable

Difficulty: 4/10

Urban Initiatives: Escape 2 chases while using Urban Evasion

Honestly the hardest part of this challenge was just accepting i'd have to run Urban, i never crouched during the game i got it, this is your PSA, do not run Urban, if you use it with the intent on being immersed i will make damn sure you do not get out alive

Difficulty: 1/10 for the actual challenge, 10/10 for the mental therapy i'll need after actually running Urban

Saviour: Unhook 3 Survivors safely

This just requires you be in the right place at the right time, you can get 2 of the requirements off of one person and then unhook someone else, not hard, just needs a bit of luck

Difficulty: 5/10

Peace Out: Escape as Nea

Not having many good perks on Nea made this a bit difficult but i got really lucky with a key escape since i had Plunderers

Difficulty: 4/10

Born In Light, Raised in Dark: Hit 10 survivors with your weapon while using Lightborn

I got this in one match, went in with chainsaw-less hillbilly, got a 4k and completed the challenge against 4 randoms, one of which was a Toxic Nea, was a lot of fun watching her waste her flashlight on blinds that did jack squat

Difficulty: 3/10

Fight Back: Get 3 pallet stuns

Considering i was still in the lower ranks i got this quickly since apparently no low rank killers respect pallets

Difficulty: 4/10

Part 3

Risky Diversions: throw 2 pebbles while using Diversion

Follow behind the killer, use the perk twice, done

Difficulty: 2/10

Adam's Flight: Escape as Adam

Even less perks then Nea and by some miracle from god it took less time, i barely saw the killer during the match i got it

Difficulty: 4/10

Rip Em Up 2: Hit 7 survivors with the Chainsaw as Hillbilly

Ladies and Gentlemen we have come at the challenge that pissed me off so much that i swore i will never play Hillbilly again after i completed it, a experienced Billy probably wouldn't have much trouble with it, only i'm not a experienced Billy, i am a bad Billy, and i hate this challenge

Difficulty: 9/10

Tinker Terror: Hit 10 survivors with your weapon while using Tinkerer

Another day another easy challenge that requires you do something you should be doing already while using a specific perk

Difficulty: 1/10

Bamboozling Moves: Vault 8 windows while using Bamboozle

got to your nearest window and spam Spacebar, that is all

Difficulty: 1/10

Thorough Destruction: break 15 pallets or generators

Something Something you should be doing this already

Difficulty: 2/10

Iridescent Run: Get 2 Iri Emblems

The match i got this challenge ended with 3 Iri Emblems, Low Ranks are really generous with the requirements

Difficulty: 4/10

Backdoor Exit

Given that i've been running Plunderers for a long time i can say that this isn't difficult but very RNG dependant, you need to get a Dull or Skeleton key, get 4 gens done, and then find the hatch, i got this done on a swamp map, do not ask me how

Difficulty: 7/10

Machinist: Finish 3 generators

Just pray your teammates aren't super efficient on gens and that the killer doesn't tunnel you the entire match, this took longer then it should have because of the latter happening VERY often

Difficulty: 7/10

Part 4

Bottle Rocket: Enshroud 6 survivors in gas clouds as Clown

*insert you should be doing this already joke here*

Difficulty: 2/10

B.Y.O.B: Hit 2 survivors with bottles as Clown

Unless you're blind in both eyes this shouldn't take very long

Difficulty: 2/10

Max Dexterity: get 6 great skill checks

Use This is Not Happening and No Mither together, sit on a gen until you finish it, rinse and repeat

Difficulty: 3/10

Back Off!: stun the killer 4 times

Run Head On and DS and get your stuns that way, unless you're me, in which case you get a rank 20 Doctor that doesn't respect pallets

Difficulty: 4/10

Deliverance To Safety: Unhook yourself using Deliverance

This took a while because i either couldn't get the unhook i needed because my team was too efficient on gens or i got chased first

Difficulty: 6/10

Weaselly Tactics: Break 8 gens while using Pop Goes the Weasel

You know what i'm going to say

Difficulty: 3/10

Overall Difficulty: 6/10

Final Thoughts: This would have been a much easier tome to complete if i didn't suck ######### with Hillbilly, but thankfully there were only 3 challenges were playing him was required, and while i'm happy there were some easy clown challenges in part 4 i am very confused as to why they are there, hinting that Clown will be in the next tome maybe?

Anyways, this is middle of the road in terms of difficulty for me, not as easy as tome 2 but not as hard as tome 1
