Halloween Cosmetic Suggestions
I know it's a while until Halloween, but I figure since the Devs have stated they plan to focus on making the Anniversary and Halloween better and basically ignore other holidays, we can help brainstorm cosmetic ideas.
My first suggestion is a horse costume for Legion. it fits because there is more than one Legion and the costume requires two people.
Of course, the art team could come up something that would better fit the game, but this should give a general idea on the direction they should go for.
What costumes should other characters have? I think Jeff would make a great werewolf and Quentin would be great as a troll.

I'm bored and browsing the cosmetics store led me to create this thread. I honestly think the cosmetics team need to step it up several notches. Not that anything is "bad", they're just uninteresting, especially for the price.

If we’re going to speculate now I’d say oni twins and deathslinger are getting blight skins
oni would have his mask merged with his face and similar boils to spirit
deathslinger would have a missing jaw instead of his broken one with a tattered coat
twins would have Victor and Charlotte both covered in boils and the hole in her chest having dripping particles

They should re-add the glow effect on all the Day of the Dead skins and also fix Kate's hair for this year's Halloween recolor cosmetic for her so it's black and purple-ish like it was advertised instead of the red-ish that it ended up being.
