BHVR deleted my progress and says its my fault
lost my progress because of their stupid behavior account. Submitted a ticket, was promised reimbursement, nothing happened for two months, and now they say that it's an intended effect and it's my fault for not checking the obscure FAQ on some site that isnt the official DBD or Behavior site. For all I know they added that recently anyway - sure didn't see that before. Anyway. Done with this game. Haven't played in months. Hope it goes bankrupt.

They ought to at least reimburse your BP so that you can re-level everyone. I dunno the circumstances, but what you're describing should never, eeeeeeever happen.

The FAQ was always on the BHVR site, right where you go to link your information...it does clearly state that the unlinking of the account will lead to loss of BP, shards & auric cells.

What is an unlinking of an account?

it means that you go to their site and link your account to BVR. Then you decide you don't want to do that anymore and you opt out of that option

That really sucks. However.... sadly I have heard a story like this before which doesn't even involve a BHVR account, just normal loss of progress.
The Devs actually have the audacity to tell people they are lying about losing progress sometimes. BHVR are VERY shady when it comes to loss of progress, unfortunately.

Why would anyone unlink their account? But with a possibility like this, why would anyone bother linking it now either.
