Anyone else think that survivors are getting better recently?
Getting better mainly in the "doing gens" department, I notice my games are going faster now. Hell even my soloQ teammates seem a bit better, and while they still can't hold a chase for long they do know when to get on gens.
Not really an issue, it's just that I'm having to play a lot sweatier recently on killer, I'm tunneling more and camping more to win. It's working and that's pretty cool, but ya know it's not that fun for me unless I hit some fancy shots which are all being patched on the map reworks and not that fun for the survivors.
So yea, title. I have been getting horrible map RNG so it could be that but even games on balanced maps feel faster and more intense.

Idk i feel like thier getting worse. Maybe its rank reset but idk i havent even had a close game recently

You either quite unlucky or probably playing during a time period, where good survivors are more common to face as a killer.

I wouldn’t say better, but I do notice that gens seem really efficient lately. Like, Ruin/Undying is being adapted to quite well.

I play SQ and for me it's kinda of a hit or miss on a 20 to 80 ratio to be honest. If the killer has commitment issues (as every competent killer should) then the gen jokeys you're describing have less of a change. If the killer tunnels the guy that's good at looping than it's easier to pick up the slack of other teammates.
I've grown to despise people hookbombing tho, and those seem to be a constant.

That's cool but you are deathslinger so what are they gonna do? They cant delay the game because he cancels out chases.

I did just switch from killer to survivor. So to quote Maui, "You're Welcome!" Lol
Jk I'm only decent at gens and I always have a Claudette to lead killer to me, block me on doorways or open my locker im hiding in letting killer know wher I am lol

The genrush is stronger than ever without a doubt, the survivors will greed gens so hard they actually get grabbed off here and there. But are the survivors actually getting good? No not really
