Skill check delay bug (possible ps4 only bug)

I play on Playstation 4, so this could possibly only be a bug for this console. I have always had really good internet when it comes to video games, and I know my controller is not the problem as it works fine for every other game, especially with L1, anytime when I click a skillcheck, it delays greatly and most of the time makes me miss it, I've never had this problem before today, and wanted to say something incase others are dealing with this as well, considering it is more than likely a bug. For example: I could click the skillcheck when it first pops up, but it will still register at the other side, which I tried multiple times, the delay is ridiculous. I hope this can be fixed.
